Our customer service phone hours are 10 am to 2 pm and 4pm to 6pm Monday through Saturday. We ship 6 days a week, and are usually available via email every day as well. If you call outside of these times, please leave a message and we will return the call.
There are times we can't get to the phone during those hours as well though we do our best to keep that to a minimum. If that happens when you call, please leave a message and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.
